XF-M8206EL

is a halogen-free flame-retardant masterbatch specially for PP halogen-free flame-retardant extrusion and thermoforming. It is produced from halogen-free and environmentally friendly flame retardants with nitrogen and phosphorus as flame-retardant elements, and is not restricted by the EU ROHS Directive and REACH Regulation. XF-M8206EL also features low density of flame-retardant products, low smoke generation, and minor mold corrosion. XF-M8206EL does not belong to the ammonium polyphosphate intumescent flame-retardant system. It has higher thermal stability and thermal decomposition temperature, and is suitable for a wider range of processing conditions. With the PP special material flame-retarded by XF-M8206EL, the flame retardancy can reach UL94 V-0 (0.75mm) and pass the 70°C * 168-hour water immersion test (UL746C) as well as the GWIT 750°C and GWFI 960°C hot wire tests;
 
When XF-M8206EL is applied in PP extrusion and thermoforming products, it can reach UL94 V-0 (1.5mm); and there will be no water-sliding situation during the extrusion process. Moreover, multiple layers of screens can be added during the extrusion processing. The extruded sheet has a smooth surface without white spots or die drooling, is easy for thermoforming, and has a high yield.
