This product is a halogen - free environmentally friendly flame retardant with phosphorus and nitrogen as flame - retardant elements, formulated for TPU and TPE. It exerts a flame - retardant effect through char - forming and gas - phase flame - retardant mechanisms. It is mainly used in power cables, communication cables, automotive cables, etc. The manufactured products or wires and cables have smooth surfaces, are free of PH3, have good anti - blooming properties, water resistance, and excellent electrical performance.

Recommended Dosage

The processing temperature should be appropriate to avoid the decomposition of the flame retardant due to high temperature. Although the thermal decomposition temperature of this product is greater than 280°C, due to the high shear heat of the screw, if the set screw temperature is too high, the heat - superposition effect caused by heating and shearing is likely to occur, resulting in local overheating of the screw and decomposition of the flame retardant.

Processing Technology

 
  • This product should be stored in a cool and dry place. Use it as soon as possible if the packaging is damaged.
  • If the packaging is broken or damp, dry it at 100°C ± 10°C for 2 hours before use.
