PP Special Spinning Flame Retardant Masterbatch
XF-M8208
is a high-concentration (50%) low-halogen flame-retardant masterbatch of PP carrier, mainly used in the flame-retardant PP system of V-2 grade, endowing PP products with efficient drawing performance and flame-retardant characteristics (UL-941.5mmV-2, GWIT750ºC). This product has excellent heat resistance and is an upgraded version of the original V-2 flame retardant system. After multiple product optimizations, the purity of the masterbatch has been improved and the cost has been reduced. This product is particularly suitable for flame retardancy of PP wire drawing. Its flame retardant effect and performance are close to or reach the level of similar foreign products. Especially, it has good thermal stability, excellent dispersibility, efficient flame retardant effect, and is not easy to precipitate. This product has high whiteness and does not affect the color of the product. Due to its high thermal stability, the product can be processed repeatedly, and there will be no significant changes in flame retardancy, strength or color. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and low smoke, it does not cause any impact on the environment. This product fully complies with the EU environmental protection standards (RoHS) and does not contain polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE). Homopolymer PP flame-retardant masterbatch can minimize costs for customers to the greatest extent. Through twin-screw granulation, customers can directly mix it into the machine for product production, achieving good dispersion and ensuring no pollution to the workshop during the production process. Adding about 6% of this product to the drawn polypropylene can achieve a good flame retardant effect.

This product has a much higher temperature resistance than conventional systems, a wide range of processing techniques, and its products can pass baking tests at 150ºCC for more than 500 hours.
