High - Content Red Phosphorus Masterbatch
XF - 8107


 is a red phosphorus flame retardant specially designed for polyolefin plastics. It uses stabilized and micro - encapsulated red phosphorus, with polyolefin resin as the carrier. It is produced through processes such as melting in an extruder, mixing, cooling, and pelletizing. This product not only overcomes the hazards of red phosphorus powder, but also makes transportation and use safer and more reliable. Moreover, it has a low phosphorus blooming rate, good product quality stability, is easy to disperse in plastics, and offers a high cost - performance ratio

Recommended Dosage

XF - 8107 is a flame retardant dedicated to polyolefins and can be used for the flame retardancy of homo - and co - polymers of polyethylene and polypropylene, such as pipes, sheaths, wires, cables, and films. Generally, it needs to be used in combination with synergists, such as Mg(OH)2 Al(OH)3, expandable graphite, MCA, etc., with an addition amount of 10 - 15%.

XF - 8107 has high thermal stability, and the processing temperature is 160°C - 270°C. However, attention should be paid to the shearing force during processing, as strong shearing is likely to cause a reaction on the surface of red phosphorus particles, resulting in the generation of phosphates.
