Introduction du produit
PP - Specific-Halogen Free - Flame Retardant
XF - 8205E
XF - 8205E is mainly used for flame - retarding thermoplastic polyolefins such as PP), PE, EVA, and other polyolefin blends. Especially for glass - fiber - reinforced PP products. This product can also be used in TPE products without water - absorption issues. Compared with other PP halogen - free flame retardants, it has a higher decomposition temperature and a wider processing window, enabling the production of reinforced halogen - free flame - retardant PP.
- Excellent thermal stability and hydrolysis resistance; no dripping, no blooming, no migration; free of environmentally - harmful elements, compliant with international environmental protection regulations.
- Has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, and good compatibility with polyolefin resins.

The extrusion processing temperature is generally set at around 190 - 210°C, and the screw combination strength should be appropriate to avoid the heat - addition effect caused by heating and shearing, which may lead to local overheating of the screw and cause the decomposition of the flame retardant (the thermal decomposition temperature of XF - 8205E ≥ 280°C).
