XF - M8207D

XF-8270D is a high-concentration, low-halogen flame-retardant masterbatch for PP carriers, mainly used in V-2 grade flame-retardant PP systems, endowing PP products with highly efficient flame-retardant properties (UL-942.0mm V-2 GWIT 750°C). This product has excellent heat resistance and is an upgraded replacement of the original V-2 flame retardant system. After multiple product optimizations, the purity of the masterbatch has been enhanced and the cost has been reduced. This product is particularly suitable for flame retardancy of PP(polypropylene) and is applied in PP sheets, electrical appliance casings, automotive interior plastic parts, etc. Its flame retardant effect and performance are close to or reach the level of similar foreign products. This product can minimize costs for customers to the greatest extent. Through twin-screw granulation, customers can directly mix it into the machine for production. It has achieved good dispersion and ensured no pollution to the workshop during the production process. Adding about 1.2-1.5% of this product to polypropylene can achieve a better flame-retardant effect. This product can be directly measured and fed for injection molding, and a large amount of filling materials can also be added.
