Halogen-free Flame Retardants for Epoxy Resin

XF-P2005

 is an environmentally friendly, halogen-free flame retardant utilizing phosphorus and nitrogen as the active flame-retardant elements, specifically designed for epoxy resins. It functions through char formation and gas-phase flame retardant mechanisms. Epoxy resin flame-retarded with XF-P2005 achieves a UL 94 V-0 rating (at 1.5mm). It is not restricted by the EU RoHS Directive or REACH regulations. Additionally, it features smooth surface finish on molded parts, strong resistance to exudation, good compatibility, excellent water resistance, superior migration resistance, and low smoke and low toxicity characteristics.
