XF - 8205A
is a PP - specific halogen - free flame retardant. It is a nitrogen - phosphorus composite halogen - free and low - smoke intumescent flame retardant, and the product complies with ROSH requirements. When polyolefin resin with XF - 8205A flame retardant is heated or burned, a layer of porous carbon layer will form on the surface of the resin, which can insulate heat, block oxygen, prevent the resin from dripping, and inhibit smoke generation without producing toxic or corrosive gases.
XF - 8205A also has excellent thermal stability and processing performance. It is an ideal high - efficiency and environmentally - friendly flame retardant.

XF - 8205A is mainly used for flame - retarding thermoplastic polyolefin resins such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), ethylene - vinyl acetat copolymer (EVA), and other polyolefin blends, especially for flame - retarding glass - fiber - reinforced PP products. This product can also be used in TPE products without water - related issues.
