PP Flame Retardant Masterbatch
XF - 8207C
XF - M8207C is a high - concentration low - density flame - retardant masterbatch with PP as the carrier. It is mainly used for flame - retarding PP plate systems of V - 2 grade, endowing PP products with high - efficiency flame - retardant properties (UL - 94 1.5mm V - 2, GWIT 750°C). This product is an upgraded replacement for the original V - 2 flame - retardant system. Through multiple product optimizations, the purity of the masterbatch has been improved, the cost has been reduced, it has higher thermal stability, and can better adapt to the processing temperature of plates. It has the characteristics of high output.
It is applied in PP plates, electrical enclosures, automotive interior plastic parts, etc. Its flame - retardant effect and performance are close to the level of similar foreign products. This product can minimize costs for customers. Through twin - screw granulation, customers can directly feed it into the machine for production, achieving good dispersion and ensuring no pollution to the workshop during the production process. When adding about 5% of this product in the homopolymer - copolymer blend system, a very good flame - retardant effect can be achieved. This product can be directly metered and fed for extrusion and injection molding, and a large amount of filler materials can also be added.
Electronic and electrical products, heat - resistant corrugated pipes, extruded profiles, etc.
The recommended addition ratio of XF - M8207C masterbatch is 5% - 10%. Blend 8207B masterbatch with other components and then proceed with injection molding or extrusion. Considering that users may have different requirements for flame - retardant effects, the addition ratio of 8207B masterbatch may need to be adjusted accordingly. It is recommended that users confirm the optimal ratio before production and then start production.
