XF-M8205E

is a high-concentration flame retardant masterbatch produced from a nitrogen-phosphorus compoundhalogen-free and low-smoke intumescent flame retardant. The product complies with the ROHS Directive and REACH regulationsPolyolefin resins with XF-M8205E flame retardant added wil foam and expand on the resin surface to form a porous carbon layelwhen thermally cracked or burned. This carbon layer plays the role of heat insulation, oxygen isolation, fiame retardancy and canwrevent the formation of molten droplets, This flame retardant also has a certain inhibitory affect on smoke generaion and does nolproduce toxic or corrosive gases. The flame retardancy can reach UL94 V-0 (0.75mm) and pass the GWiT 750'c and GWFl 960'Cnot wire tests,. XF-M8205E also has excellent thermal stability and processing performance. t has a wide range of applicaions andcan be used in process products such as PP plates, pipes, sheets, and iniection molding. It is an ideal, efficient and environmentallyfriendly flame-retardant masterbatch.

 Suggested addition amount (intemal ratio):33-37% can achieve 1 .5mm-3.2mm UL94-V0
