XF-M2660EB
 
is a functional masterbatch of high-concentration (70%) azine-based halogen-free flame retardant for PP carriers, mainly used in halogen-free flame retardant PP systems, endowing PP products with highly efficient flame retardant properties. It can pass :UL-940.75mmV-0 and UL746C(immersion test in 70ºC hot water for 168hrs), and also pass GWI 750ºC and GWFI 960ºC hot wire tests.
This product has high heat resistance and can be used for extrusion molding of PP and glass fiber reinforced PP systems. This product has high environmental protection performance and can meet the requirements of the EU ROHS directive. The obtained flame-retardant products have the characteristics of low density and low smoke emission.
 

Product Parameters

It meets the dust-free requirements, is easy to convey and mix, which can greatly improve the stability of production, avoid fluctuations in product quality and reduce losses. Compared with the common powder halogen-free flame retardant system, it has higher dispersibility and can be directly used for injection molding.
