PP Extrusion and Thermoforming Flame Retardant Masterbatch
XF - M8206E - XS
 
XF - M8206E - XS is a halogen - free flame retardant masterbatch specially for PP extrusion and thermoforming. It is made from halogen - free and environmentally friendly flame retardants based on nitrogen and phosphorus as flame - retardant elements. It is not restricted by the EU ROHS Directive and REACH Regulation. XF - M8206E - XS also has the characteristics of low density of flame retardant, low smoke generation, and small mold corrosion. XF - M8206E - XS belongs to the ammonium polyphosphate flame retardant system. It has high thermal stability and thermal decomposition temperature, and is suitable for a wider range of processing conditions. With XF - M8206E - XS flame - retarded PP special materials, the flame retardancy can reach UL94 V - 0 (0.75mm) and pass the 70°C × 168 - hour water immersion test (UL746C) and pass the GWIT 750°C and GWFI 960°C thermal shock tests;
XF - M8206E - XS used in PP extrusion and thermoforming products can reach UL94 V - 0 (1.50mm); and there will be no water dripping during the extrusion process, and multiple screen changers can be added during the extrusion process. The extruded sheet material has a smooth and white surface without spots, no die - dropping, easy to thermoform, and has a high yield.
