is a high - concentration (50%) low - density flame retardant masterbatch with PP as the carrier. It is mainly used for V - 2 grade flame - retardant PP systems, endowing PP products with high - efficiency flame - retardant properties (UL - 94 1.5mm V - 2, GWIT 750°C). This product has excellent heat - resistant performance and is an upgraded replacement for the original V - 2 flame - retardant system. Through multiple product optimizations, the fluidity of the masterbatch has been improved and the cost has been reduced.
This product is especially suitable for the flame - retardant treatment of PP (polypropylene). It is applicable to the flame - retardant requirements of PP in applications such as PP hollow boards, electrical enclosures, and automotive interior plastic parts. In co - polymerized polypropylene, adding this flame - retardant masterbatch can minimize the cost for customers. Through a twin - screw extruder, customers can directly feed it into the machine to produce products, achieving the goal of no pollution to the workshop during the production process. When adding about 8% - 10% of this product in co - polymerized polypropylene, good flame - retardant effects can be achieved.
