This product is a high - concentration (70%) functional masterbatch of Piperazin - based halogen - free flame retardants with PP as the carrier. It is mainly used for halogen - free flame - retarding PP systems, endowing PP products with high - efficiency flame - retardant properties. It can pass: UL - 94 0.75mm V - 0 and UL746C (70°C hot water, 168hr soaking test); and also pass GWIT 750°C and GWFI 960°C glow - wire tests.
This product has high heat resistance and is suitable for extruded PP, TPE, and glass - fiber - reinforced PP systems. This product meets multiple environmental protection regulations, such as the EU ROHS and REACH directives. The resulting flame - retardant products have the characteristics of low density and low smoke generation.
